Program advantages (federal clients)

Contract procurement & administration — Various GWAC contracts issued by the Acquisition Services Directorate and GSA have been pre-awarded to DataFlow. Through our collaboration with Teya Technologies, no-threshold sole source/Alpha Contracting options are available. You choose the contract option that's right for you. The issuing agency may administer the contract, completing 90% of the paperwork or, at your option, contract administration and task order issuing authority may be delegated to your agency.

Quality assurance — A technical representative of the issuing Government agency is available to monitor contract performance closely, review deliverables and act as an agent for you, the client. Alternatively, DataFlow will execute its QA responsibilities on a bilateral basis, as specified in your Statement of Work.

Responsiveness — Tasks can be started quickly — within days rather than months. The Government's experienced representatives have teamed with DataFlow's management staff to insure that appropriate qualified and competent technical personnel are applied in a timely manner, and to resolve any challenges that might arise.

Flexibility — As your needs change, the task order can be modified to reflect changes in scope, level(s) of effort, products needed and/or delivery schedule.

Competitive rates — The benefit of high-volume contracting results in economies of scale, and savings to you and your organization.

Procurement is easy — Call DataFlow. We'll assign a representative to give you direct assistance in identifying and defining your requirements. We'll provide support every step of the way to see that your needs are met quickly and efficiently.
