Interview
Process:
DataFlow interviews can be a lengthy process. Bring samples.
We want a sense of what you can do. In addition to typical interview questions,
the interviewers may request to see previous examples of your work and may have
you complete some timed programming exercises to demonstrate your knowledge and
skills. To probe your understanding of expressions, parameter passing, scope
control and database interaction, you may be asked what results a code sample
will produce. To gauge your understanding of relational databases, expect us to
give you a timed normalization exercise or ask you to write a sequel query. To gauge your ability to communicate well with ordinary people,
we may give you a technical concept and ask you to explain it to a
non-technical person.
