Mission statement

DataFlow's mission is to prove that a straightforward, value-driven, principle-centered, win-win approach to business and technology results in the most successful strategy for the marketplace and workplace.

What we aspire to be:

To Each Other: A group composed of highly competent, ethical people committed to helping the growth of each other and of our organization. We want to be a good company. We want to be a boost to the careers of our people — supportive of their personal and professional development — and be a positive influence in their lives. Where possible we want to align personal and career goals with current and future roles within the company and its organizational and community relationships. We hope people can find good fellowship among our employees, associates and clients. We hope that all will help to identify what can be improved and that we all take suggestions seriously and earnestly.

To our Clients —

Business Managers: We understand the economics of value. We understand the importance of good design and good practices. We will seek to understand your mission before we propose a solution. We are not about the latest technology or esoteric practices unless it is important for the mission objectives.

Technical Managers: We are a group that implements well-planned, sensible, practical solutions. We are competent and understand our limits.

To Major Contractors: We are a group that is win-win oriented. We understand the economics of value. We understand process, structure and quality. We are straightforward, honorable and negotiate in good faith. We would love to earn the status of being your favorite small business contractor.

To New Small Business: We understand your desire to add new revenue and grow. We like to find and stick with those who are motivated, competently deliver quality and can help us with our objectives of being more efficient, smarter, faster or profitable.

To our Competition: We want to be a group respected as a competitor and desired as a business partner.

To the Community: We want to be an organization that is supportive of the next generation of top business and technology professionals, fostering a better business and economic environment, helping each other and building each other up. We actively support development efforts modeled on organizations such as Junior Achievement and Learning for Life, as well as activities that involve our people and expertise in helping the community, such as help with science fairs, junior robotics groups, and Net Day.
